Set up your Resume Builder
Upload or paste your base resume with 2-3 bullets per role. Keep it lean and move extra accomplishments to your Achievement Library.

Discover Jobs
Hit the Discover button and we'll scan your saved searches for new postings. New jobs are automatically scored and ranked on your Jobs page.
Optimize & Apply
Found a job you like? Generate a tailored resume, download it, and apply. Your application is tracked automatically.
Common Questions
How does the scoring work?
When you run Discover Jobs, each new posting is scored against the preferences you set in Job Preferences (industry, function, level, location, salary, etc.). Higher scores mean a better match. You can update your preferences anytime and all jobs will be re-scored automatically.
What does "Optimize" do to my resume?
When you click Optimize on a job, AI rewrites your resume to match that specific job description. It pulls relevant achievements from your library, adjusts keywords and phrasing, and produces a resume that scores 90-99% against ATS systems, all while keeping it professional and natural-sounding.
Is there a free tier?
Yes. Free accounts get unlimited self-scoring, job tracking, application management, and job discovery. AI-powered resume writing and cover letter generation are available on paid plans.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. Your data remains available for 30 days after cancellation.

Troubleshooting
No jobs appearing after running Discover
Make sure you have at least one active search URL saved (check the green "Active" badge). If your search is too narrow (e.g., salary filter set, very specific title), try broadening your keywords or removing filters. Also check that your search URL hasn't been paused.
Job scores seem low
Scores are based entirely on your Job Preferences. If most jobs score below 50%, revisit your preferences. You may have criteria set too narrowly. Try broadening your industry or function selections, or adjusting your minimum salary expectation.
Resume download isn't working
Resume downloads generate a .docx file. If the download doesn't start, check your browser's pop-up blocker settings. Try right-clicking the download button and selecting "Save Link As" if the normal click doesn't work.
My profile data looks wrong
You can update your profile information anytime from the Resume Builder page. If imported data looks incorrect, you can edit individual fields directly or re-import from your professional profile.
